Once upon a shawarma, Boustan came to be and quickly became a vital part of Montreal’s downtown scene.
Starting from a single location on Crescent Street for a solid 25 years, we have now expanded to over 60 stores in Quebec and Ontario, with no limit in sight. We are now planning to go international, having secured locations in USA and Africa so stay tuned!

We’ve got pitas, bowls, salads, and sides—everything your heart desires, and more. People come in different shapes and sizes, just like shawarmas. We’ve even crafted vegan shawarmas made from Shiitake mushrooms. Try and tell the difference; we certainly can’t!
